Account deletion is not always the same as data deletion.
Before you subscribe or upload private details to an AI companion app, separate four actions: cancel billing, delete the app, close the account, and request deletion of stored data.

Recurring billing can be stopped through the account manage-subscription page; the terms also describe CCBill cancellation and say cancellation stops future rebilling without refunding unused current-cycle time.

Official privacy wording covers account information, discussions with AI companions, usage, browser, location, cookies, communications, moderation, service providers, erasure rights, and consent withdrawal. It also says personal information is usually retained for six years after account closure and that some erasure requests can be limited for legal reasons.
